ABETECH HAS ACQUIRED SIGMA INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION.
AbeTech, also known as Abraham Technical Services, Inc., announces the recent acquisition of Sigma Industrial Automation based in San Antonio, TX.
Rogers, MN (December 7, 2021) – ABETECH, a leading provider of innovative industrial edge solutions for the manufacturing and warehousing industries, announces they have acquired Sigma Industrial Automation (Sigma) to increase the breadth and depth of their engineering team, strengthen their leadership position within the food and beverage industries, and broaden their product offering of plant floor automation and industrial edge solutions. The agreement was signed on December 7, 2021.
