Zebra Technologies is announcing the discontinuance of the 110PAX4™ and 170PAX4™ print engines.
The replacement for this product line is Zebra’s new ZE500-4™ and ZE500-6™ print engines. The new ZE500 Series takes an innovative approach to OEM print engines. Leveraging extensive customer research, the design focuses on ease of use, integration and serviceability. Built with the customer in mind, the ZE500 print engine is designed to keep mission-critical print-and-apply applications operating without interruptions.
The PAX4 product will continue to be available through AbeTech until September 15, 2013 or possibly longer based on availability of inventory. Beginning June 3, AbeTech will only quote the ZE500-4™ and ZE500-6™ print engines.
Service, parts and support will continue to be available for approximately five years from the date of shipment, until November 15, 2018. For your convenience, following is a quick specification comparison of the PAX4 and the ZE500.
