The purchase of Interface Systems, Inc. based in Overland Park, Kansas, further increases AbeTech’s share in the market. "The combination of Interface Systems, Inc. with our current business model will provide our clients with even better sales and service," stated Steve Schmidt, President/CEO of AbeTech. "The acquisition is also expected to result in great efficiencies and significantly increase our market share."
