By activating this system, you are able to: 

  • Remotely shadow, control and configure any device
  • Set policies to control user access
  • Deploy required software automatically when connecting to the network after a device comes back from repair
  • Allow IT staff to remotely capture screen shots and movie files of configuration practices for training and support purposes
  • Reduce the toll on current in-house IT staff

RMS Contract Details:

  • Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 (CST) with a live technician via phone or email with a 4 hour response time through our professional dispatch service
  • Access to support documentation, issued diagnosis and escalation plan, service case history, and reporting program for performance tracking

Support Requirements and Recommendations:

  • Preliminary site survey or electronic layout of the facility complete with switch and access point/port locations mapped
  • Device information including make, model & IP information of all supported devices
  • Applicable wireless infrastructure passwords and device login information
  • Wireless security protocols/settings
